The project was for the conversion and refurbishment of a former oast house (Grade II Listed Building) on a 600 acre country estate, to provide guest house accommodation, steam room, plant, gym and changing facilities.

Designhaus Architecture Ltd were appointed to advise and liaising with the Conservation Officer and obtain full plans Building Regulation approval as well as to produce detailed tender information, incorporating both drawings and a written specification.
