The River House - Extension

This project, which is currently at the Tender stage, is for a bespoke eco-friendly extension to an existing Arts and Crafts house on the banks of the River Thames. The project is to incorporate a ground source heat pump, solar panels, insulation greatly exceeding building control requirements, triple glazing, home automation features enabling energy consumption monitoring/management.

Designhaus Architecture Ltd have been appointed to provide a full Architects' service including:

Planning, Building Regulations,Tender and Construction Information, On site Contract Administration.
