Currently at Tender satge, our brief for Court Park is to provide our client with additional ground floor and first floor accomodation through extending the existing house as well as by the re-arrangement of the existing interior. The existing 1970's house is to be entirely renovated to create a contemporary flavour and wow factor.

The renovation will result in a significant upgrade of the existing buildings thermal performace. Renewable energy sources are to be incorporated into the works, producing a truly sustainable eco-friendly family home.
