Aliston House - New Build Apartments

This project, which is currently nearing completion on site, is for the demolition of an existing early twentieth century house (previously used as a hotel) and the construction of 11 luxury Architect designed apartments.

The site is a large corner plot in the leafy Avenues area of Exmouth, near Exeter, Devon.The apartments are divided into 3 differently orientated blocks, each relating appropriately to their respective street scenes and neighbouring properties. The external design of the apartments and the buildings siting within the plot pay tribute to and reflect the 'Arts & Crafts' character of the avenues, responding to the local design statement.
